Over the Christmas break I had the pleasure of photographing the extended Telford family on Brisbane’s southside – 21 people in total! It was a hot sunny morning, luckily there was plenty of shade in the park we chose for the shoot. Thanks to the 3 couples on the shoot for being so patient while we photographed the families with young children first!

Here are some photos from a fantastic shoot I had with a lovely couple, Luki and Buj. We had LOADS of fun during the portrait session and I think the images below really reflect that.

We started the shoot in their home and then moved outside and took some images in front of a colourful building nearby. We then returned to their home for a change of outfits.

Luki looked gorgeous in her sari and Buj looked very debonair in his suit. Luki has a beautiful smile and lights up every photograph she’s in!

This post is of a great looking couple – Kelsey and Callum. It’s from my archive of shoots back when I lived in the UK.

It was taken in Autumn up in the Lake District, just at the time when beautiful golden leaves were falling from the trees.

The temperatures won’t drop quite as low this Autumn and Winter in Brisbane, but there still may be opportunities to put on a nice big jumper, beanie and scarf!

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing my little boy MJ and some lovely clothes and accessories sent to me by Monique from Your Cheeky Monkey.

Your Cheeky Monkey is an online baby products store that sells a stylish and unique range of goods including baby comforters, baby shower gifts, Burp Cloths, Bunny Rugs, Wraps and a whole lot more.

MJ was the perfect model… until he started drooling all over the products!

Mama Bosse – part 2

With so much going on over the last few months, I forgot to post part 2 of this fantastic photoshoot I did for Jodi of Mama Bosse last year. This second installment was photographed on location in a stunning house (with fantastic beach views!) at Currumbin on the Gold Coast.

Rachel and Jon’s wedding – part 3

Here is the final installment of Rachel and Jon’s wedding. After the ceremony we tried to head back to the hotel but ended up going the wrong way! Poor Rachel hopped over the fence as best she could in her wedding dress!

We took some more photographs in the hotel, including a few fun ones. What a great day!

In these photos, we hit the beach for the wedding ceremony. Everything is going well, apart from two little bridesmaids running off to explore the sand dunes!

Liz and Sam’s wedding – part 1

Here is part 1 of a great wedding I photographed a few weeks back at Bray Park on Brisbane’s north side.

Sam and Liz got married in their back yard under a white marquee – a necessity with all the rain we’ve had in Brisbane recently!

The wedding ceremony was watched by a large group of family and friends. Afterwards there was a fantastic Samoan feast, yum!

Rachel and Jon’s wedding – part 1

This week I had the pleasure of photographing Rachel and Jon’s wedding at Surfers Paradise on the Gold Coast. Rachel and Jon had flown out from the UK to get married here in Queensland and asked me to photograph their big day.

Rachel got ready with her little sisters Ema and Sarah while Jon got ready with Ema’s partner Dan.

This is the second wedding I’ve photographed recently and have loved every minute of both of them! Part 2 of this shoot to come soon.
