Last week I had a really fun shoot with 3 beautiful ladies from Chile – Mari, her younger sister Maca and mum Carmen. Maca and Carmen are in Brisbane visiting Mari but are heading home this week.
We started off the shoot at Mari’s flat in Hawthorne, before taking a few images near the Hawthorne Cinema and then heading down to Bulimba for some photos in the park and then some more urban style portraits using off camera flash. It was a very typical windy August day in Brisbane so we had to try and find some locations that were sheltered away from the from the wind!
I studied Spanish for three years in the UK, but that seems so long ago and I struggled to say anything without making lots of mistakes. Luckily for me, Mari and Maca speak fantastic English!
