Lauren and I had a really fun shoot around inner Brisbane one Friday afternoon. We started off near South Brisbane train station and worked our way around past the Queensland State Library, Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA), up past the Paul’s Dairy buildings and back down Merivale Street.

On a sunny yet foggy winter morning, I headed out to Brisbane’s western suburbs to photograph the Atkinson Family. Mum Jo was the lucky winner in our 2010 Mother’s Day Competition. With the cool morning air and abundant fog I almost felt like I was back in England!
